Regine Albrecht
“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up some place else.” (Yogi Berra)
Following this principle, Regine's mission is to help entrepreneurs find clarity about their business purpose and goals and translate it into an executable plan. It is a balancing act between coaching and consulting, depending on where the client is on their journey.
After taking Dr. David Drakes Narrative Coach class, she started adding coaching to my consulting work with the focus on entrepreneurs and small businesses. She is currently consulting with the Osmium Institute in Germany, establishing the objectives for the formation of a World Osmium Council. Most recently she finished a project with a non-for-profit organization developing their new identity, revising their marketing material and redesigning their member- and event management portal to match their new branding. Other projects she led include:
• Coordinating and writing the Quality Management Handbook for a German precious metals company
• Managing a project of building of a new gold refinery
• Managing and organizing the participation of an Austrian company at trade shows
