The WBECS Social Impact Community of Practice is comprised of over 140 coaches/consultants from countries around the world who work with non-profits and non-governmental organizations.  The group was formerly the International Coach Federation (ICF) Nonprofit-nongovernmental Community of Practice.  The group was hosted by WBECS, the World Business and Executive Coach Summit through 2021.  The focus of the Community of Practice was advancing equity and exploring coaching through the lenses of equity, diversity, race, and inclusion.  Goals of the community were to: grow into a global resource for NPO/NGO coaching with emphasis on multi-cultural, bias, inclusion, and equity; and become a content expert and thought partner and ultimately a source of high quality coaches to Ethical Coach and other WBECS initiatives in the NPO/NGO social sector.  We thank WBECS for there support, our presenters, and participants.

Our last sessions was March 14, 2022 and this website and the recordings will be up through December 31, 2022.
